A Note from the Puppeteer |
You will notice that events posted on this page are from past performances. For the past several years, my primary focus has been in accompanying my mother as she navigated the final phase of her life journey. She passed away last November and I am winding up her affairs. Puppetry was moved to the back burner for the duration. |
In the coming year, I will be re-organizing and re-structuring Puppetkind. I have obtained some wonderful marionettes from the estate of Jerry and Margo Ashton in Chicago and will be working with them as well as with other puppets in our stable. |
I also hope to be developing more Therapeutic Puppetry workshops. |
I write a regular column for The Funny Paper, a trade journal for family entertainers, and also have a blog (http:// puppetkind.blogspot.com) where I will be commenting on puppet performers, performances, exhibits and workshops. Check in from time to time to see what is happening in the puppet world. |

Thank you for your support and understanding. |
